The property is within walking distance of grocery stores, gift shops, post office, sports bar, movie theatre, liquor store and several restaurants. A boat ramp is located at the end of the street and local calls are free. Free WiFi.

Living area

The Museum of Natural History and Sombrero Beach are also located nearby. In addition, there are several marinas which provide boat rentals for fishing, diving, snorkeling and excursions.
