Our charming canal front house is newly redecorated with all brand new (2010) bedding and linens, which will comfortably sleep 8 people as well as beautiful plantation shutters. It is a fisherman's Paradise located in the heart of Charlotte Harbor and Pine Island Sound, just minutes to Boca Grande Pass which is known as "Tarpon Capital of the World", Captiva Island, Sanibel Island, Cabbage Key, Cayo Costa State Park and Useppa Island. Popular game fish are snook, redfish, trout, grouper, snapper, cobia, mackeral, sheep's head, sharks, and many others.

Bird watchers and nature lovers find Pine Island perfect for vacation due to abundance of different types of birds, other wildlife, and plants. Straight down our canal you will have access to open water, fishing charters, gorgeous sunsets, great fishing, access to the outer islands, and many more extras. Pine Island is the largest island (17miles long and 2 miles wide) on the coast of Florida, just 15-20 minutes to Cape Coral, 30 minutes from Ft. Myers and 45 minutes from Southwest International Airport.

3 Night minimum, except Peak Season when monthly rentals are accepted, 50% due at confirmation, balance due 1 week prior to stay. Sales and Resort Tax of 11%, unless your stay is 6 month and 1 day, there would be on sales tax. Refundable Security (Damage) Deposit of $300 submitted by seperate check at time of confirmation, which if no damage, will be returned to you within 10 days of departure excluding the $125.00 cleaning fee. Rate includes electric, water, cable tv, internet service, and use of boat lift.
