Vacation in a beautiful Spring Run 2 bedroom condo in the award winning Brooks community complex, just North of Naples, Florida, developed by the prestigious Bonita Bay Group. A gated Country Club Community with a fabulous private championship golf course, par 72. It's a very private unit (no golf cart path). Enjoy the pool which is very close to the unit (approx. 100 ft), along with several tennis courts and an exercise room and private country club. Completely transferable membership for a small fee, entitles you to golf anytime, for only a cart fee; or to use the other facilities at your leisure. Tee times for golf may be scheduled in advance or in person at the pro shop.

Our non-smoking, first floor, professionally decorated 2 bedroom unit has ALL the amenities you would expect from a newly built golf community residence. The living area has a 12-foot glass opening onto the lanai, giving you a panoramic view of the water and fairway.  
There is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The master bedroom which overlooks the water and fairway, has a luxurious king bed located in the back of the unit for complete privacy. The guest bedroom has twin beds, located in the front of the unit.
