This beautifully constructed, custom built beach house with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths is situated on six miles of pristine white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico. This 3 story residence has endless views of the beaches and its breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy miles of shelling, swimming and sunbathing in your back yard while dolphins and manatees swim by. Whether its afternoon bird watching, evening sunset strolls or just relaxing in the third floor hammock listening to the gentle surf, you’ll enjoy the wonderful sea breeze and relaxing atmosphere this fantastic home has to offer.

The house was designed with a large master suite with King size bed on the third floor featuring separate toilet, bath and shower dressing area with his-and-hers walk-in closets and breathtaking views. A second guest suite with queen size bed is also situated on the third floor with it's own full bath and walk in closet, both enjoying the large porch facing the beach. The second floor guest bedroom has two extra long twin beds its own porch and adjoining full bath. The second floor also has a large porch facing the gulf allowing expansive beach views bring the evening sunsets into your living room and adjacent Dining room. The kitchen is open to the living area allowing freedom to watch the dolphins play while you cook your sunset dinner.

Swimmers will love the sandbar fifty yards off shore loaded with sand dollars in knee deep water, inside the bar is excellent swimming and fishing along the beach. Watch the many species of birds including ospreys, pelicans, terns and the magnificent frigate birds as they fly the coast up to Sanibel Island seen on the horizon. Just a short walk down the beach is Doc’s Beach House featuring a full bar and restaurant offering rentals of wave runners, sail boats or if you choose, parasailing. Weekend volleyball is always a favorite at Doc’s. Down the road ½ mile is the Fish House featuring seafood in a tropical atmosphere.

Bonita Springs offers a host of restaurants (more than 30) as well as great shopping within minutes of the beach, along with movie theaters, greyhound racing, hiking and backwater fishing and nearby Lovers Key State park. The Everglades are near by with plenty of nature such as the Corkscrew National park with century old cypress stand and the Seminole Indian reservation featuring a complete gambling casino.

Its just a short drive south (15) miles from Loggerhead Landing to famous Old Naples Third Street and downtown 5th avenue, both offering upscale shopping and a variety of fine restaurants. Naples is known for its numerous golf courses and hosts several national tournaments.

Naples offers the City Dock for fishing charters, the fishing pier on the gulf, Zoo at Caribbean Gardens and the Philharmonic, with both symphonies and plays along with a host of calendar events such as the wine auction at Ritz Tiburon rated the second best wine event in the world.
Fort Myers Beach is just minutes to the North along Hickory Blvd., offering casual dinning and shopping on the beach, as well as a gambling cruise. Fort Myers is home to The Boston Red Socks (World Series winners) spring training games, and is rich in history offering the Thomas Edison Laboratory and winter estate as well as the Henry Ford Home for your touring. The Barbara B. Mann Theater is also host to many fine plays and concerts.

30% reservation deposit to secure rental, required within 7 days of booking. Refundable with 30 day cancellation Notice. Balance plus $ 500.00 security deposit due at check in. All rentals subject to Florida 11% tax. Final cleaning $ 160.00 any telephone LD charges to be deducted from deposit. Weeks based on Saturday to Saturday. Check in 4:00 PM Check out 10.00 AM
