This is a well-appointed 1 bedroom, 1 bath Gulf front condominium. The bedroom offers 2 queen-size beds, a TV, which has regular cable, a VCR and a clock radio with a CD player. The condo features a nice full-size desk, a fully equipped new kitchen (refrigerator has crushed and cubed ice on door), bar and dining area. The living area has a queen-size sofa bed, 34” High-Definition TV, a DVD & VHS player. In the living room you’ll also find Cable with HBO and Show-Time. The full bathroom includes a hair dryer and a curling iron. The unit is located on the 2nd floor, overlooking the beach, where you can enjoy many beautiful sunsets.

There is sheltered parking space, a convenient elevator and laundry room access on the south end of 1st floor. We have an ocean view heated pool, with clean restrooms and shower outside. We are conveniently located approximately 5 miles south of Clearwater Beach. Local attractions include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, which offers many water sports, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Casino, golf courses and miniature golf in the area. There are many great restaurants, most with a casual atmosphere.

The Sun-Coast Beach Trolley stops out front and will take you from Sand Key to St Pete Beach daily with unlimited stops for just one price. We are just a short drive from two airports. St. Petersburg/Clearwater is approximately 25 minutes and Tampa International Airport is approximately 40 minutes. It’s convenient drive to Florida's major attractions, Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World, etc.
