This luxurious and spacious lakeside villa has recently been furnished to the highest standard. Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa has a light, open plan layout and has two lounge areas. The large south-facing secluded pool has wonderful views of the tranquil lake with its wildlife of turtles, herons and ducks. Situated between Sarasota and Bradenton, the small exclusive development of Regal Oaks is set amongst Palm & Oak Trees. It's just a short drive to the wonderful Gulf Coast beaches of Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key & Longboat Key. Fishing, water sports, golf, white sand beaches, excellent restaurants, superb shopping and so much more make this the perfect place for your holiday.

The luxuriously furnished accommodation will comfortably sleep 8 and is fully air conditioned throughout. The Great room benefits from a 37” LCD HD slimline digital TV with DVD, DVR & CD. Master Bedroom overlooks the pool has an American king size bed, LCD flat screen TV, walk-in wardrobe and large en suite with bath, double shower, twin hand basins and separate toilet. Second Master bedroom has an American queen size bed, LCD flat screen TV and benefits from its own bathroom. Bedroom 3 & 4 both have twin beds.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need including large fridge and Ice Maker and there is a separate laundry room. Wireless Internet connection is available throughout the house and a telephone is provided with free local calls. The heated pool is fully screened and enjoys full privacy from both neighbours with the views over the lake and nightlights for that evening swim! There is a removable child safety barrier. Busch Gardens is only a 40 minute drive and Disney World 90 minutes. Sarasota Airport is only 10 minutes, Tampa Airport 50 minutes and Orlando Airport is 130 minutes away.
