Let the owners spoil you! As seen in both Southern Living Magazine and Coastal Living Magazine "Fairview Cottage" and the community of Carillon Beach assure you of a vacation worth taking. The Gulf front and poolside 3 bedroom Fairview cottage located in the upscale and private community of Carillon Beach (West Panama City Beach area) is exquisitely furnished and comes complete with everything needed for a truly wonderful vacation.

Fairview is a 3 bedroom and 3 bath Gulf front and poolside home that can sleep up to 8 people very comfortably. We offer a king, queen, two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa as bedding. Fairview has a full compliment of audio equipment for your enjoyment as well as a 27 inch color TV with VCR. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for those who prefer to cook and dine in. You can enjoy your meals and an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico from our gulf side deck. Fine linens, writing paper, books, videos, puzzles and games are all here for your to enjoy.

We also have a complete set-up for those traveling with infants and small children including a Graco port-a-crib with all linens provided, baby gates, high chair, infant monitor and children's dishes. Bicycles and a BBQ grill are also on site for your use as desired. Chaise lounge and beach umbrella set-up are also provided for your pleasure in relaxation (in-season 3/1 to 11/1).

The Fairview Cottage is to the right of the pool and has its own private dune walkover.

Fairview is a great home for two families traveling together! Come experience our snow white and powder soft beach, 3 pools (one is heated in the winter/early spring), 2 tennis courts, children's playground with basketball court and our new restaurant, "Chef Paul's" (Chef Paul Albrecht of Pano and Paul's fame in Atlanta, Georgia). You can bring your jet skis and launch them on Lake Powell directly outside our community gates and when Phillips Inlet is open you can ski into the Gulf of Mexico! Jet skis are also available for rental nearby. If you are looking for an immaculate, comfortable, well stocked and safe home that functions properly in which to enjoy your well earned vacation then the "Fairview" Cottage at Carillon Beach is the right choice.

Spring Break II 3/10/12 thru 4/13/12 @ $3,650.00 per week. Weekly only.

Spring 4/14/12 thru 5/18/12 @ $2,850.00 per week or nightly at $475.00.

Summer 5/19/12 thru 8/3/12 @ $4,550.00 per week. Weekly unless cancellation

Late Summer 8/4/12 thru 9/14/12 @ $3,450.00 per week or nightly at $575.00.

Early Fall 9/15/12 thru 10/12/12 @ $2,450.00 per week or nightly at $410.00

Winter 10/13/12 thru 11/16/12 @ $1,850.00 per week or nightly at $310.00.

Thanksgiving Week 11/17/12 thru 11/24/12 @ $2,450.00/week or $310.00/night.

Winter 11/25/12 thru 12/19/12 @ $ 1,850.00 per week or nightly at $310.00.

Please add tax of 11.50% to all rental rates as quoted above. PDP (Property Damage Protection) policy of $39 to $59 applies. Housekeeping fee of $175.00 applies to all rentals of less than four (4) nights and if occupancy of eight (8) people is exceeded. 30% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve the cottage. Balance + tax due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Fairview is a non smoking cottage and we ask that you please leave your pets at home.
