Palm Villa (3 bedroom - 3 bath) enjoys a superb South-facing location on a tropical waterway, on a quiet cul-de-sac of exclusive homes on Punta Gorda Isles on Port Charlotte Harbor. From the heated pool a few steps lead down to your own private dock; ideal for fishing, watching the sunsets, or maybe rent a boat and explore the nearby islands of Sanibel, Captiva and Boca Grande. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with glass doors opening directly onto the pool area and waterfront. The large lounge with TV & stereo has doors that open to pool area.

The Huge screened kidney shaped pool (heating optional) has a covered terrace overlooking the waterway with Patio furniture and BBQ. We also have an "in & out" driveway and a double garage. There is a small local beach, with a larger beach complex at nearby Port Charlotte with a pool, tennis courts and a snack bar. Drive out to Boca Grande, Englewood and Venice and you will find Caribbean style beaches.
