This two bedroom two bath condo is directly across the street from the beach on Marco Island, Florida. From the front door to the beachfront it's less than a 5- minute walk and that's caring the beach chairs. The Essex condo is located at 861 S. Collier Blvd @ ½ mile south of the Marriott Hotel. It is located on the 2nd floor of a five- story building and is an end unit. The unit overlooks the pool and from the living room and screened in lanai you have a slight view of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo sleeps 5 and has a king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 singles in the second bedroom and the couch pulls out to a queen sleeper. The unit has 3 TVs / VCR / DVD, CD stereo system, full size washer and dryer in the unit, full kitchen (microwave, stove, oven, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes, all pots, pans, utensils, etc). The condo has FREE Wifi as well.



Pool

The condo comes equipped with all linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, beach radio, lots of kid beach toys (rafts, noodles, boogie boards, buckets, etc..), iron, and ironing board. There is a screened in lanai with table and chairs, you have a pool, tennis court, elevator, and covered parking. All you have to do is bring your swimsuit and you are set for a fun filled vacation on Marco Island, Florida.


The unit is a non-smoking unit. I only rent Saturday - Saturday to keep the rentals flowing. I require a $200 security deposit to hold the unit. I will then send you a receipt. Then 60 days before your arrival date I would require the rental amount. I will then send you keys, map of Island, information letter, and another receipt. When you return from your trip and send the keys back I will send you your security deposit back

Off Season pricing runs 4/21/2012 - 12/22/2012

Weeks during the off season are $600 per

Multiple week discounts are available

I require a $200 security deposit that you get back once you return my keys back to me. I offer some of the lowest rates around to keep my unit occupied!!!!
