The Cleaning fee is $150.00 and is due at beginning of lease. There is a Sales and Tourist tax fee of 11% due at beginning of lease. There is also a Utility fee of $100 per weekly stay. Tenant shall be assessed locksmith charges for each key, garage door remote, lift remote, stolen, lost, or not returned to owner upon check out date. Such charges will be deducted from the deposit.
