There is a nearby (1mi) public marina, golf courses, shopping and many restaurants, grocery stores, banks, movie theatres, parks and more.

Vehicles: No boats, motor homes, trailers, commercial vehicles or motorcycles shall be permitted on the premises unless authorized by this office. Pets: Pets are not permitted - If an exception is made, Tenant agrees to execute a pet addendum and Owner may charge a non-refundable pet fee and/or a deposit.

Weekly rentals are charged a $500 deposit at time of booking.

Monthly rentals are charged a $1000 deposit at time of booking.

Sales and Tourist Tax is 11%

No Certified Checks or Money Orders -

Cleaning Fee: Cleaning of premises after Tenants departure is $150.00, and is due at beginning of lease. There is also a utility charge of $100. There is a Sales Tax and Tourist Tax of 11% due at beginning of lease Tenant shall be assessed locksmith charges for each key, garage door opener, stolen or not returned to owner upon check-out date. Such charges will be deducted from the deposit. We require a check or wire to hold a week /month and contract will be sent at that time. When check clears, then the week/month is booked. WE NOW ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS Check out is 10am, check in 4pm. If you need other times, we will talk about it. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise authorized. Sorry, no cats or dogs.
