Holiday weekend (3 days) $395.00

Weekly rental May through November $450.00

$1,100 per month December through April

Weekly or 2 day rental requires a security deposit of $100.00 and a cleaning fee of $75.00 if applicable. Monthly rental requires a security deposit of $250.00. Deposits must be received to guarantee booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival and paid in US currency by certified check or money order. Please add 9% State and Tourism Tax to your rent only. Monthly rentals are subject to extra electric usage. Owner will pay first $100.00. Deposit will be kept for 30 days.
