Redington Shores cottage rental

Along with the beach, a large community covered patio is also just a few feet from the front door of our 2 bedroom cottage. This is an excellent place to view the sunset and enjoy late afternoon refreshments and visit with other guests. The area's famous Redington Long Pier is only a short walk on the beach from the community patio. Redington Shores is not yet overcrowded and many believe it is the most beautiful part of the Gulf Coast.

There are many excellent restaurants just a few blocks away as well as some of the nightly entertainment establishments that offer much of the local culture. Redington Shores offers many shopping, dining, golfing, parasailing and entertainment opportunities to Florida Gulf Coast vacationers. More beach shops, entertainment, restaurants and other attractions may be found a short 10 minute drive away at our famous John’s Pass area. You are also only minutes away from Tampa Bay’s Busch Gardens, shopping and night spots. After an approximate 2 hour trip you can visit Disney World and Universal in Orlando.

Convenient parking for your vehicle is right at your front door. Upgraded and remodeled with tile flooring throughout, the cottage offers a Living/Dining area with an adjacent kitchen bar. The Master bedroom and the second bedroom have pillow top mattresses and bedding. The Queen Sofabed folds out for extra guests. The full kitchen offers all the comforts of home. A newly installed "brick paver patio" at the front of the cottage is great for relaxing and viewing the ocean or use for a family and friends cook-out.

MINIMUM WEEKLY RENTAL

Flat rate is for 4 persons. Reservation/Security Deposit of $200 required, refundable after departure and walkthrough. Deposit forfeited if cancelled less than 30 days of scheduled arrival. Check in 3:00 PM – check-out 11:00 AM. AN ADDITIONAL 12% TAX (7% STATE SALES AND 5% LOCAL TOURIST) WILL BE ADDED TO ALL RENTAL RATES.
