Our beautifully remodeled condo is directly on the beach. The view from the extra wide balcony, which stretches from the master bedroom to the living room is outstanding. There is nothing between our building and the beach to block your panoramic view of one of the prettiest beach areas in Madeira Beach.

We are located in Villa Madeira - a very popular property in Madeira Beach. There is a lovely patio decorated with hibiscus flowers and tiki huts and lounges available for you use. The beach side pool is also surrounded by lounges and is heated in the winter months.

The entire condo was recently renovated, including a new, completely equipped kitchen with granite counters, and a breakfast bar with stools. The bathrooms were also remodeled with granite counters. The master bath has a separate dressing area withh double sinks and an over-sized shower.

The master bedroom has new furniture (purchased November 2011)which includes a king size bed and new carpet and a tv. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed and a tv. The third bedroom has one twin bed. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. There is a tv in the living room as well. Then dining area has a table that seats 4 plus three stools that can be used to eat at the kitchen counter.

We rent from Saturday to Saturday only.

All rentals are subject to 12% tax and a $110 cleaning fee.

Credit cards accepted for deposit only.

We require a security deposit of $250 for all rentals. This deposit will be promptly refunded providing the apartment is left in the same condition as when you arrived. The cleaning fee is $110. We do not charge any processing fees.
