This 1700 sq ft 3 bedroom luxury condo is a corner unit. You will enjoy sunsets and watch dolphins play from your 81 foot wrap-around balcony which is equipped with table, chairs and lounges. Views overlook Gulf and Bay and famous John's Pass. Our condo has no structures blocking your view in any direction. The building was freshly painted with landscaping updates in 2008. There is a tiki picnic table next to the heated pool fronting on the Gulf. Amenities also include security elevator and covered, preferred parking. Our unit is very clean; one visit and you won't settle for less!

 

Our condo is located between Clearwater and St Pete Beach on Florida's Suncoast. Enjoy easy day trips to Busch Gardens, (30 min) Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios. St Pete's largest Mall is only 10 minutes away. There are breathtaking views from every room day and night (wonderful sights of the lights). Walk the white, sandy beach to John's Pass and stroll the waterfront boardwalk while enjoying the shops, restaurants, fishing, jet ski, para sailing and gambling ship cruises and more. There is family fun for all. We hope you can join us this year and happily return year after year.

The living room wall is fully mirrored for a dramatic panoramic view. There are four 6 foot sliding glass doors including one in the Master Bedroom. We have all tile floors throughout. The large master bedroom has a six foot sliding glass door opening to the balcony with a beach view from the king size bed with its own TV. The master bath has two rooms, one with a double vanity and the other with a lovely oversized tub/shower. 

 

 

This corner unit has UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS of the beach & Gulf to the North & South. Also views of Bay & John's Pass.

We always walked along the beach to John’s Pass while admiring the Green Building with the large wrap around balconies. This year we rented unit 301 in this building that was recommended to us. The view was all we expected and more. We had an added surprise as the condo itself was the nicest we have rented. It was so bright and cheerful and clean. We tried to book it for next year but our dates were taken. We will certainly be back when we can. We were presently surprised when the owner, Art, called us to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. We told him everything was just great. Date Submitted: June 14, 2009 Date of Stay: May 2009 My brothers, sister and I spent a week at this condo in May. It was the first time we had all been together in 17 years. It was an ideal location. With people traveling from three different states, the washer and dryer were certainly a plus. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space when they needed it and the huge circular table with the lazy susan allowed all of us to share a meal together very comfortably. The views from the wrap around balcony were breathtaking. God blessed us with a double rainbow one night that extended from the Bay to the Gulf side. If all goes well, we'll be back. :-) The owners were gracious hosts, which simplified coordinating the details. Date Submitted: June 08, 2009 Date of Stay: April 2009 Just returned from one week's stay at Arena de Madeira condo #301 in Madeira Beach owned by Art and Sandy. We were very pleased to see a very clean, comfortable, and functional retreat for our vacation. The furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and everything in working order. The bathrooms, always a concern on my part, were very clean and decorated nicely. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bedding sufficient. We loved the big round dining room table (we were six "girls" celebrating our 60th birthday) and the table was great for eating and playing games. Plenty of sitting room in the living room for all of us. The balcony was great- with table and chairs for all to enjoy the incredible beach and ocean. The whole condo complex was clean, with a well-maintained pool, and very private. The condo complex only has 15 condos, I think, so it was very quiet and private which we enjoyed. We spoke to the couple who were staying in condo #303, which is also owned by Art and Sandy, and they agreed with our assessment of the unit - clean and comfortable. When I rent a condo, I don't expect to go in and see "high end" furnishings with a "don't touch/don't spill" attitude. I want it to be clean, comfortable, with an attitude of "have fun/relax/enjoy".
