Looking for a beach holiday that has it all? We are proud to offer our 2 bedroom, end unit, Gulf front condo with fabulous views of the gulf from the living room and dining room, and spectacular views of the boats cruising the Intracoastal Waterway from the bedrooms. Recently, the condo was professionally painted from top to bottom. We recently underwent an extensive renovation replacing the kitchen, majority of the flooring, and putting in a new walk-in shower in the ensuite bathroom. All vanities in the bathrooms were replaced along with kitchen cookware including the stove, dishwasher and microwave. The bedroom furniture is new (2008), including all mattresses. We have a queen size bed in the Master and two doubles in the second bedroom. The Dining room furniture has also been replaced. All patio furniture was replaced in the spring of 2006. Please make yourselves at home.

As an extra added bonus, we offer 24 hour use of the gym at Snap Fitness Club - one mile away. Our condo is equipped with free wifi and free long distance North America wide! We offer use of our beach chairs, umbrella and our coolers for those relaxing days on the beach. Our building is well maintained with a large heated pool, shuffleboard courts, a barbeque grill area and beach volleyball. Do it all or choose to kick back and relax. We are sure you will love our piece of paradise as much as we do!

Extras: 12% State Tax and $85.00 Departure Fee ($125.00 Departure Fee for monthly rentals) Deposit Requirements: $200.00USD by Visa or Mastercard Deposit is refundable less a $100.00 administrative charge up to 60 days prior to departure. Within 60 days, deposit is nonrefundable. Balance is due at check-in by cash, credit card, cashier's check or traveller's check.
