This is a beautiful fresh water, waterfront home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath that comfortably accommodates 6 people. Full kitchen in the home with all appliances available. We have a private boat slip to park your boat and enough room in the driveway to park your boat trailer. Our home is located only 50 yards from Kings Bay.

Kings Bay is a body of water that is supplied from several freshwater springs. Our springs are very popular with divers and there is even an underwater cave! Also, many people come to snorkel and swim with the manatee that flock here in the winter season. The manatees come here in search of warmer waters and our bay remains at a constant 72 degrees Fahrenheit all year long. Kings Bay opens out into the Gulf of Mexico by way of The Crystal River which is approximately 7 miles long. 

The river provides easy access to the gulf with channel markers. Citrus county is part of a chain of counties named the Nature Coast. We are an unspoiled environment with many local attractions including Homosassa Springs State Wildlife Park and Wild Bill's Airboat Tours. We can provide any tourist information that may be necessary. Crystal River is conveniently located about 90 minutes north of Tampa and about 90 minutes west of Orlando.

Check in time is 4 pm. Check out is 11 am. There will be a $100 cleaning fee with every rental without pet and a $125 cleaning fee with pet or rented over a month as well as 9% tax. The house is fully furnished. All linens, towels, soap, appliances, dishes, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies are provided for you. The pool is not heated. There is wireless available. 1 canoe and 1 kayak are available for use for no extra charge. The home does have a fenced back yard and pets may be allowed upon special request. Long term leases are available. Please contact us for rates. Reservation dates and prices are not guaranteed until the rental deposit is received. Payment options are available through paypal or personal check.
