Rates 12/1- 4/30: $334/ $2030/ $6090

Deposits: A minimum $500 deposit is required for all rentals. This deposit is payable by either Visa or Mastercard. The amount of deposit will be deducted from the final payment, however, the card number will be held to compensate the landlord for any excessive cleaning charges or damages. No refunds will be made due to inclement weater, no-shows or early departure.
