A reservation/security deposit of $400 is required upon booking. Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival(60 days for monthly), or deposit is forfeited. Payment due 30 days prior to arrival, 11.5% tax. Bookings less than a week add $100 cleaning fee. Must be 25 to rent. Minimum 3 night rentals. No Refunds of Rent for Cancellations 14 days prior to arrival or early departure.
