Directly across 30-A not only lies the emerald Gulf of Mexico but also an 18-mile bicycle and walking path that follows the spectacular coastline along Scenic County Rd. 30-A through the spectacular beaches of South Walton County with its unique coastal dune lakes and amazingly outstanding sunsets.

Seacrest Beach is not crowded and is perfect for couples and families who just want to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet in a natural beach paradise. Seacrest Beach is located on Scenic County Rd. 30A in South Walton County in the Florida Panhandle. It is a quiet, family area known for its outstanding beaches and its clear emerald gulf waters and also for its unique coastal dune lakes. Golf courses, outstanding shopping and restaurants abound in nearby Seaside or Panama City Beach and also in Destin. Camp Creek Golf Course is directly behind the unit, with a small buffer of natural habitat. Nearest Highway Intersection: 98 & 279 0r 98 & 331 at 10 Miles.
The home has a limited Gulf view from the front bedroom, ensuite bathrooms and a private balcony off the back bedroom facing a golf course and quiet wooded area.

Spring & Fall, $900 per week

Winter, December 20-March 20, 2011, $800 per week

.All rates are for a party of 4, and include tax and cleaning fee.

$50 per additiional person per week.

Half down plus a fully refundable $200 security deposit to reserve with the other half due 2 weeks prior to arrival. We will accept personal checks up to 14 days prior to your arrival, or direct deposit if you prefer for last minute vacationers. Check in is 3pm. Check out is 10am. Renters must be over the age of 25. Thank you.
