You'll find this duplex to be complete with everything (and more) than the larger properties you have looked at. Beautifully decorated with 2 master suites on top floor, each with Queen beds and adjoining baths - one with Jacuzzi. Another queen bedroom is on the lower level, as well as the bunk area. These 2 sleeping areas share a bathroom, featuring a large walk-in shower.

Living/dining/kitchen areas are on the second floor. This floor has a queen sleeper sofa in the den area. Porches off living area and master bedroom look out over the "huge" 12,000 sq. ft. pool - you must see it to believe it. Beautifully landscaped walkways lead to the pool just a short distance from your door - no streets to cross. Take a pleasant stroll to the dedicated beach access leading to the white, sand beaches just across the county road. We are close to Rosemary Beach with shops and dining nearby. Parking for 3 cars, including 1-car garage.
