It is a wonderful gulf front home, with a private gulf front pool and spa. There are two large beachfront decks with awsome views overlooking the beach and gulf on North Cape San Blas and two large bay view decks with beautiful views of St. Joseph Bay. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the gulf. The home has direct beach access. The spa is heated, of course, and pool heat is optional at an extra charge.

With 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, and 2 living areas, the home comfortably accomodates 14. The kitchen is well equipped and has granite counter tops plus two full sized refrigerators with freezers. There is seating for 6 at the large bar. The dining table will seat up to 8 and is beachfront for awesome views. The main living area gets great views of the beach and has a walkout to the deck. There is a second living room behind the kitchen with walkout to its own bay view deck. It has a small games/dining table for 4 which is great for people who want to play a game or watch a different show or movie. It also has a queen sized sofa sleeper sofa. All 5 bedrooms have walkouts to a beachfront or bay view deck.

There are 2 gulf front bedrooms with king sized beds, each with their own bath and access to the deck. The main living areas have tile floors and the bedrooms are carpeted. The new electronics include 2 large HDTVs (one in each living area) plus DVD players. Each bedroom has its own TV with built-in DVD player.

The first floor is the main living area, with a bedroom at the back with a king sized bed. A full bath is located just outside the bedroom door for use for that bedroom and the living area. The bedroom has a walkout to the bay view deck. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms each with private baths, including 2 king gulf fronts, 1 king with access to a bay view deck and the kids room with two twin bunk beds, to sleep up to 4, with walkout to the bay view deck. The laundry facilities are conveniently located on the bedroom floor. Outdoor amenities include a hot and cold enclosed outdoor shower, a gas grill, fish cleaning station and of course the great pool and spa. We provide unlimited free long distance and high-speed wireless Internet access. This house truly has everything you will need for a great vacation!
